“Why should I help her? After everything she did to Stellar, she still thinks she can walk free? What a joke!
“Since you’re here, I might as well make it clear–our families never finished the engagement ceremony that day, so consider it
officially over.
“I, Percy Moore, will never marry a vicious woman like her!”
SeYou…”
Pauline stared at him in disbelief. “How… how can you say that about Yvonne? She was framed! Even you have been brainwashed
by that ungrateful girl, haven’t you?”
“Enough!”
Percy snapped, his patience gone.
“What right do you have to talk about Stellar? Do you even know who she is now? Your family must be blind to have mistaken
Yvonne for something valuable while letting her run wild.
“A woman like her–classless, reckless–who knows what kind of foolish things she’s done? She has no one to blame but herself
for how things turned out.”
“Shut up! You’re not allowed to talk about Yvonne like that!”
Pauline was livid.
“Oh, am I wrong? If your family hadn’t kicked Stellar out back then, I would’ve married her already and become part of the Rivers
family!”
The more Percy thought about it, the angrier he became, his face filled with frustration.
“This is all your fault! Listen up, starting today, the Moore and Harlow families have nothing to do with each other. Stay the hell
away from me!”
He didn’t care that she was his elder.
He shoved her aside and strode out without looking back.
Pauline stumbled, barely catching herself from falling.
Her face went pale as shock and regret washed over her.
How had she not seen Percy’s true colors before?
No!
She couldn’t let Yvonne be sentenced.
Chopter Do
Determined, she turned to leave, only for Percy’s sports car to speed past her, leaving her covered in exhaust fumes.

That morning, Stellar arrived at school.
She had seen the news.
The moment the truth was exposed, it felt like she had been reborn.
On the way, she ran into Lilian, who immediately rushed over and linked arms with her.
“Stellar, you were absolutely incredible at that engagement banquet yesterday! It was so satisfying to watch!
“You actually exposed Yvonne with that recording and got her arrested! You’re amazing!”
Stellar was momentarily stunned.
Now that she thought about it, there was still something that felt a little off.
Her uncle had helped suppress the news about her identity, so aside from the people who had been there, the media hadn’t
reported that she was the true heiress of the Rivers family.
But what puzzled her more was the leaked recording.
She knew it had been Stephen who helped reveal it, yet despite so many news outlets covering the story, not a single one
mentioned his involvement.
Instead, they all claimed that she had gathered the evidence herself.
There was not even a single report exposing the identity and face of Brighton Group’s CEO.
Stellar suspected Stephen had pulled some strings, likely to keep a low profile.
Since he clearly didn’t want attention, she saw no reason to call it out.
Instead, she played along with Lilian’s excitement.
“People who do bad things always leave behind evidence.”
“Exactly! This just proves you were never in the wrong. The real culprit is the one who tried to ruin you!”
Lilian couldn’t even begin to fathom how a wealthy heiress could be so cruel and calculating.
Thankfully, Stellar had come out of it unharmed.
“You don’t have to feel bad about it anymore.”
Stellar smiled.
She no longer felt the shame she once did.
After surviving this ordeal, she had emerged stronger–reborn from the ashes.
And those who had wronged her would face the consequences.
“Oh! I just remembered that I need to drop off some documents for my professor. I’ll catch up with you later in the lab!”
Lilian waved hurriedly before dashing off.
Stellar shook her head with a small, amused sigh and made her way toward the research institute, her steps light and
unburdened.
But as soon as she reached the lab, she unexpectedly ran into the last person she ever wanted to see.
