Chapter 19 Turn Around
The mark on Reynold’s neck had been left by Catherine.

His thoughts drifted back to the events at Regal Glade–the way she had lunged at him, sinking her teeth into his throat, only to soften moments later, nuzzling him like a kitten while leaving kisses on his skin.
With a frown, Reynold recalled the incident with irritation. Ever since their intimacy in the bathroom, her image had crossed his mind more times than he cared to admit.
But to him, it was nothing more than an accident. Any desire he’d felt had been purely instinctive, nothing more.
When he opened his eyes again, his gaze was clear and distant. P
The next morning, Catherine sat reading a book in her apartment, while Laura paced back and forth, fuming. “Reynold’s lost his mind! How could he ignore his wife to chase after that shameless Evelyn? She even drugged herself! She’s nothing but a homewrecker!”
Laura was furious. The night before, when she went to pick up Catherine, she found her sitting on the ground, hugging her knees. When Catherine looked up, her face was covered in tears, looking like a homeless stray cat abandoned by its owner.
Catherine felt amused. Laura had spent the whole night ranting about Reynold and Evelyn. Her talent for cursing was impressive.
Despite everything, Catherine had learned how to heal herself after falling apart.
She popped a milk candy into her mouth, the sweetness bringing a smile to her face. “Laura, take a break. We’ll get our revenge when the time is right.”
Laura understood that Catherine would make sure those people paid for what they’d done. She always had a way of taking control.
But Laura couldn’t help but feel sorry for Catherine. Every time, she had to heal herself from scratch. It seemed so painful.
At that moment, a muffled noise came from the utility room. Catherine set her book down with a smile. “Let’s start with Dr. Webb.”
Yesterday, she had arranged for Seth to be brought to her after she drugged him.
She led Laura into the utility room, where Seth was bound and gagged, As soon as he saw Catherine, he started struggling frantically.
Laura walked over and removed the gag from his mouth.
Seth glared at Catherine and cursed, “How dare you drug me, Catherine! Do you even know who I am? I know Miracle C- your mother has begged me for help! You should be grateful I even noticed you! If you were smart, you’d better let me do whatever I want!”
Laura rolled up her sleeves, ready to slap him, but Catherine stopped her.
Catherine stood in front of Seth, looking down at him with a scornful expression. “Did you say you know Miracle C?”
Seth puffed out his chest, proud and smug. “You know her too? Her medical skills are unmatched, a true healer. Someone like you, a country bumpkin, will never meet her. But I’m different. I know her!”
Catherine raised an eyebrow, then smiled playfully. “How can you prove it?”
Seth smirked. “I have her phone number. I can call her right now.”
She nodded. “Alright, go ahead”
Laura untied Seth’s ropes. He stood up, taking his phone from his pocket.

Chapter 19 Turn Around
It was true that he had Miracle C’s phone number.
When Miracle C agreed to take on Evelyn’s surgery, Seth had secretly snuck into the dean’s office to get her contact information.

With a smug grin, he turned to Catherine and said, “Watch this, Catherine. I’ll call her now and show you just how impressive
I am.”
He dialed the number, and the phone rang with a sweet melody before being quickly answered.
Seth’s face lit up with excitement as he immediately put on a flattering tone. “Hello, Miracle C, this is Seth Webb from the holistic hospital. I’ve admired you for a long time. I was hoping we could meet.”
On the other end, a calm voice responded, “Turn around.”
Confused, Seth thought, Turn around? What does that mean?
Wait… the voice sounds like it’s coming from behind me.
Seth slowly turned around, still holding the phone.
To his shock, Catherine stood there with her phone in hand, giving him a playful smile. “Dr. Webb, congratulations. Now you do know Miracle C.”
Frozen in disbelief, Seth stared at Catherine, unable to comprehend what was happening.
She wore a long dress that flowed gracefully to her ankles, and she looked at him with mild amusement as if watching a clown perform a silly act.
His legs gave way. With a thud, Seth dropped to his knees in front of Catherine.
At Hansen Villa, Shawn sat on the couch, glancing at Celia. “Will Miracle C truly help Evelyn with her illness?”
Celia smirked. After Catherine and Seth had disappeared together last night, it was clear they were involved in some sort of affair.
She believed that if Seth succeeded, he would introduce Miracle C to treat Evelyn’s illness.
